About me
Babak Zolghadr-Asli is deeply engaged in advancing research at the intersection of computational and artificial intelligence, specifically focusing on optimization, data mining, and machine learning. His primary objective is to apply these technologies to address challenges in sustainable water resource management, including the potential impacts of climate change. By integrating cutting-edge AI techniques into decision-making paradigms, he aims to establish robust frameworks capable of addressing economic, environmental, and technical aspects of water engineering, thereby illuminating the role of water in the energy-water-food nexus. A prolific author, he has penned two books, one published by John Wiley & Sons and another by CRC Press. Additionally, he served as the editor for another book published by Springer. In total, to this day, Babak has contributed to over 50 scientific works, showcasing his significant impact on the field.
