About me
Following a career in journalism, I developed high level media relations and communication skills through work on a range of high profile projects in Australia and the United Kingdom, including for Britain’s planned high-speed railway (HS2) and reforms to the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. Before joining UniSA in 2017, I was senior media adviser at the State Government's urban renewal agency (Renewal SA), which included projects such as the Festival Plaza redevelopment and residential developments at Bowden and Glenside.
Between 2017 to 2026, I developed and managed news communications for UniSA, strengthening its reputation, with a focus on sourcing, writing and sharing stories that showcased University achievements and capabilities. In addition to being responsible for the production of the University’s news e-zine and magazine, I oversaw news video production and the University's central social media channels.
I am now part of the Corporate Communications team at Adelaide University.
