About me

I have over 30 years experience working as a physiotherapist in clinical practice, research and education.  I completed my BSc in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines, my Master of Applied Science in Manipulative Physiotherapy from the University of South Australia and my Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience from the University of Adelaide.

My teaching and clinical focus are in the rehabilitation of stroke and movement disorders and the use of technology in rehabilitation.

I am also a clinical physiotherapist in private practice working in neurological and vestibular rehabilitation.

I am currently involved in the teaching of the rehabilitation and neuroscience content of the undergraduate and graduate entry physiotherapy programs.
