ThincHer

Empowering you to lead, launch, and thrive—on campus and beyond

ThincHer is a semester-based leadership, confidence-building, and entrepreneurial development program designed to empower women and gender-diverse students at the University of Adelaide. Powered by ThincLab, the program helps participants build an entrepreneurial mindset, strengthen job readiness, and develop practical leadership skills to thrive in any career. Each semester, students take part in 6–8 tailored masterclasses delivered by industry experts, founders, and mentors. These sessions combine hands-on learning with real-world insights, empowering participants to lead confidently, launch ideas, and create meaningful impact.

Students who complete the program receive an official Certificate of Completion, recognising their commitment to personal and professional growth. Throughout the semester, participants also benefit from exclusive networking opportunities, connecting with industry professionals, alumni, and peers to build valuable relationships and explore future pathways.

Alongside the masterclasses, ThincHer provides peer-to-peer learning and a vibrant ThincHer Social Club, creating an inclusive, supportive community where students can connect, grow, and thrive.
