Zrinka Tokic leads business incubation and entrepreneurship programs with a genuine love for helping ideas come to life. She’s especially passionate about championing student entrepreneurs and supporting high-growth startup ventures as they take their first big leaps. With more than 21 years of experience working with early-stage companies, Zrinka brings together strategic insight, valuable resources, and strong investor networks to help founders move faster and smarter. She also has deep program-design expertise, creating engaging and practical support frameworks that help startups build sustainable, viable business models and grow with confidence.

Sabina Zeynalova

Entrepreneurship Programs, Manager 

Sabina Zeynalova is a Program Manager at ThincLab, Adelaide University’s innovation incubator, where she designs and delivers entrepreneurship programs such as the eChallenge. She supports students and early-stage founders to develop ideas, test assumptions, and build strong foundations for venture growth. Her work spans program coordination, venture support, and learning design, creating structured and practical pathways for innovators. Sabina is also the co-founder of Optomni, an AI-driven supply-chain startup, bringing hands-on experience in product development, marketing, and innovation strategy. She is particularly interested in how AI and personalised learning can enhance entrepreneurial education and support emerging founders.

Paul Daly

Paul Daly

Entrepreneurship Programs, Manager 

Paul is based in the ThincLab office and is responsible for developing and delivering the 18-month national Innovation Program for Defence Trailblazer.

He established m.Net Corporation Limited in 2001.  m.Net launched the first 3G mobile network in the Southern Hemisphere as a testbed environment and played a key role in the emergence of a dynamic mobile application industry in Australia.  It became the leading independent provider of mobile marketing services and was one of Australia’s fastest growing technology companies at the time.

Paul has a master’s degree in Commercialisation of Science and Technology and has provided consulting services in the areas of innovation and commercialisation, working extensively with the creative and ICT industries. He mapped the Adelaide entrepreneurship ecosystem in late 2012 and established the Adelaide Entrepreneurship Forum to connect and grow the programs and infrastructure that support entrepreneurs in growing companies.

Engagement and Programs

Isabelle works in Programs and Engagement at ThincLab, where she leads the ThincHer program, empowering students to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and become job-ready. She draws on experience from executive support roles across the University and earlier work in marketing and business development. With a degree in Marketing and Business, Isabelle combines creativity and strategic thinking to understand audiences and communicate ideas effectively. She is passionate about supporting students growth through ThincHer and contributing to projects that enhance engagement, showcase impact, and strengthen ThincLab’s thriving innovation and entrepreneurship community.
