Start your academic journey at An De College – a joint education institute between Adelaide University and Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology (XAUAT). 

Build a global perspective by completing half your studies in China and half in Adelaide, Australia. Gain a deeper understanding of your discipline, discovering how your study area operates across borders. Improve your communication skills across languages and cultures and build important international connections that will shape your future career.

As an An De College student, begin your studies at XAUAT in China where you will complete both discipline courses and English language courses. After successfully completing the first part of your studies, you can choose to:

• continue through and graduate from XAUAT, or
• transfer to Adelaide University, graduating with awards from both institutions.

Entry criteria 

To enter an Adelaide University degree students must meet the following requirements:

• approved selection criteria set by An De College
• academic entry requirements of your chosen Adelaide University degree
• minimum English language requirements from one of Adelaide University’s approved language tests.

Scholarships

The following Adelaide University scholarships are available for international students:

• Adelaide Emerging Leaders Award (25%)
• Adelaide Merit Scholarship (15%)
• Adelaide Global Alumni Scholarship (10%)
• Adelaide partner award (10%)

An De College students who transfer to study at Adelaide University are automatically assessed and awarded the Adelaide Partner Award, offering a 10% tuition fee reduction. Applicants are only eligible to receive one scholarship in total and will be awarded the highest value scholarship applicable.
