Based at Adelaide University’s City East, City West and Magill campuses, as well as our Elizabeth Health Clinic, podiatry services are provided by undergraduate podiatry students under the supervision of registered practicing podiatrists.
Clinical services include foot and lower limb assessment and treatment, biomechanics, sports injury, nail surgery and paediatric (children) services.
Appointments are essential. A medical practitioner referral isn’t required to access our services.
Services
We provide a range of clinical services including:
Foot and lower limb assessment
Treatment of lesions of the skin and nails, including corns, callus, and nail problems
Treatment of infections (e.g. plantar warts)
Nail surgery
Foot care and footwear education
Biomechanical assessment
Custom orthoses and prefabricated insoles.
Children’s services
The Adelaide University Podiatry Clinic understands children have their own unique development concerns. Lower limb assessment may assist in early identification, particularly if your child is experiencing pain and activity limitations, or if you have a family history of foot and leg problems. Located across our clinics, we are able to assist with concerns including flat feet, ‘pigeon toed’ walking, Metatarsus adductus, foot orthoses, warts, pains, bow legs (Genu Varum) and ingrown toenails.
