Adelaide University Sport scholarships
Various scholarships valued at $1,000 - $5,000 are offered by Adelaide University Sport to both first year students and current students. Visit the Adelaide University Sport website for detailed information, including nomination forms.

Vice-Chancellor’s travel grant
Each year, the Vice-Chancellor provides sport travel grants to assist those representing Australia in their sport. If, at any time in the year, you are selected for a touring team and would like to apply for this funding, please contact Adelaide University Sport. UniSport Nationals grant
UniSport Australia brings together students from 43 universities across Australia to compete in national-level sporting events.
UniSport Nationals is the main multisport event, alongside a range of standalone events, many of which are supported by National Sporting Organisations.
More than 8,000 student athletes will travel to the Perth in September 2026 to compete across 32 sports. To help ensure Adelaide University is represented by its strongest team, Adelaide University Sport offers financial support to elite athletes through registration fee reimbursement.

AU Elite Sport Travel Grant
Elite Athletes and officials, who are financial members of an Adelaide University Sport Club, can apply for an Elite Sport Travel Grant to assist in national and/or international competition costs. The maximum grant amount per individual is 50% of total costs, up to $2000.

Adelaide University Netball SA First Nations Scholarship
The Adelaide University Netball SA First Nations Scholarship supports two Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Students with an affiliation to Netball SA commencing any undergraduate, postgraduate coursework, or pathway program, including online programs at Adelaide University. Applications close March 15 2026.
