Elite Sport and Performer Program registration

To be eligible for the services outlined on this website, you must register with Elite Sport and Performer support each year.

If you encounter problems with the form, we suggest you take screenshots and attach to email addressed to eliteathlete@adelaide.edu.au.

To avoid delays with your registration, please make sure you have supporting documentation from your sporting body or organisation for the current year. This must:

• be signed by a senior member of your sporting body or organisation
• be dated
• appear on the official letterhead.

Elite Sport and Performers

Elite Athletes and Elite Sports Personnel

Please check your eligibility at the Australian Sports Directory to ensure your sport is both recognised and funded.

• Australian Institute of Sport
• State Institutes or Academies of Sport
• Professional Players Association 
• National Sporting Organisation

Elite Performers

If you are a performer registered with a national performance organisation recognised by Adelaide University, you may be eligible for Elite Performer Support. This includes performers who fit into the following criteria: 

• Hold membership with SCOPE (Securing Career Opportunities and Professional Employment) eg: Ausdance SA 
• Hold membership with a state arts company eg: The South Australian Opera Company 
• You have had significant success in a major performing arts competition 
• You are undertaking a major role in a commercial arts production 
• You have been signed by a major commercial label or producer 
• Other.
