Versatile on-campus function and event spaces

Pridham Hall offers three dedicated mezzanine function spaces. These contemporary, flexible rooms provide an ideal setting for high‑profile university functions and corporate gatherings, offering a professional environment that reflects the importance of the occasions they host.

Function spaces can be provided with chairs and rectangular tables.

Function Rooms

Function Room 1

The largest of the Pridham Hall Function Rooms, this facility offers a generous space for major events.

With a capacity of 260 for lecture-style or cocktail events, Function Room 1 can also be set up with banquet-style long tables to seat 150 or cabaret-style to seat 110.

Function Room 2

Function Room 2 is a versatile, mid-sized space designed for smaller-scale events. It supports theatre-style seating or standing for 24 attendees, and long-table dining for 18. This space is well suited for focused briefings, board meetings, or specialised workshops.

Function Room 3

Function Room 3 is an ideal setting for small, professional gatherings and corporate engagements. Providing theatre-style or cocktail reception for up to 20, and long-table capacity of 12.

Features

Pridham Hall has a variety of furniture options available to assist in the facilitation of your event, including long tables (seating three per side), 300 function room chairs, and stage modules.

Also available is presentation equipment including a lectern, mobile whiteboard, handheld and lapel microphones. Function rooms 1 and 2 both contain drop-down projectors and screens, with room 3 containing an LED presentation screen.

Any additional or alternative furniture requirements will need to be provided by the hiring party.

Rooms 1 and 2 include a sink with boiling/chilled water.

The Pridham Hall commercial kitchen, located at the eastern end of level 2, is available for catering purposes. All caterers must be inducted in the use of kitchen equipment and have completed the online contractor induction prior to commencing work.

Pridham Family Acknowledgement

As part of the naming rights agreement of Pridham Hall, each function held within the facility must include the following acknowledgements:

Speeches held in the hall must include: “We acknowledge the generosity of alumnus Andrew Pridham, benefactor of Pridham Hall.”

All marketing collateral, both digital and in print related to any event held in the hall must acknowledge the hall.

All media releases produced by the University regarding the facility must acknowledge Pridham Hall by name.
