University managed student accommodation

University managed student accommodation

Safe, convenient and exclusive to Adelaide University students

University managed student accommodation refers to facilities that are operated or controlled by Adelaide University, for the exclusive use of students.

Why choose university managed student accommodation?

There are several benefits to choosing a university managed accommodation option, such as:

  • Your accommodation comes fully furnished – meaning you won’t need to buy or sell furniture and some appliances.
  • Fees are inclusive of rent and utilities, making it easier for you to budget and manage your money.
  • You’ll live alongside likeminded university students with whom you might share classes or schedules, making it easier to make friends.
  • The application and acceptance process is simple and straightforward.

We recommend this option for at least your first year of study. Living in university managed accommodation helps simplify the more complex aspects of living independently – allowing you to focus on your studies and adjusting to university life.
