Living in student accommodation is an excellent way to settle into university life. This type of housing is provided exclusively to students, meaning you’ll be part of a welcoming, like-minded community full of fellow students.
We recommend student accommodation for at least your first year of study, giving you time to settle into your new routine. We find that students who choose to live in student accommodation in the first year are generally better prepared to thrive in shared or private rental accommodation in subsequent years.
Most student accommodation comes fully furnished and equipped with essential resources for effective study. In most cases, utilities and WIFI are connected, and these costs are included in your accommodation fee – making it easy for you to budget your finances.
