Our research - School of Communication, Media and Journalism

Creative practices help people connect, understand, and design meaningful change

The School of Communication, Media and Journalism is home to researchers across the areas of strategic communication, screen production, digital and social media, games design, augmented reality, virtual reality, and more.

Our research explores the complex relationships between creative and strategic practices, such as media and storytelling in ever-changing technological, political, and cultural environments. Interrogating the information and media we consume is more important now than ever.
