The School of Communication, Media and Journalism is home to a range of on-campus, creative facilities including VR facilities, digital radio, sound, and television studios. These spaces are fitted with industry relevant tools and technologies. When creating in these spaces, you will be guided by our team of experts.

Our creative spaces

Our on-campus creative facilities, fitted with industry standard technology, include:

TV Studio, where nationally broadcast shows are filmed
One of the largest green screens in South Australia
Digital Radio Studio, where students can record, produce, and broadcast live radio
Sound Studio, featuring an isolation room, control room, and live performance room
Australian Lab for Immersive Technologies, one of the most advanced laboratories in the country for immersive XR (eXtended Reality), performance capture, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and simulation research, available for selected students
