Adelaide University will offer close to 300 programs across in-demand areas by 2026. Adelaide University has developed new programs, leveraging the strengths of the University of Adelaide and University of South Australia's existing programs. As well as ensuring these are informed by industry and developed under the new curriculum framework.

- Health & Biomedical Sciences
- Information Technology
- Mathematics & Data Science

- Nutrition & Food Science
- Nursing
- Property, Construction & Real Estate
- Psychology & Social Work
- Science, Environment & Sustainability
- Teaching & Education
- Tourism, Sport & Events.
More degrees will be progressively released and there are no major discipline changes from what is currently offered at UniSA and the University of Adelaide. This includes 100% online study, and key areas such as Aboriginal Languages, Allied Health, Agriculture, Creative Arts, Law, Music, Midwifery and Oral Health.
