When is the last date to apply?

International students

For most programs there is no application closing date when applying as a prospective international student, but you should apply at least three months before the start date of your intended program to allow time for your application to be processed and an Offer of Admission to be issued. Adelaide University will usually assess your application within two weeks of receiving it, you will need to allow enough time to apply for and receive your student visa.

There are some programs that have a set or early application deadline for international students because they have additional requirements or criteria that must be met. These are:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery
• Bachelor of Medical Studies
• Bachelor of Science (Veterinary Bioscience).

Domestic students

If you are completing Australian year 12 (either in Australia or overseas) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) program in Australia, you will need to apply through SATAC in alignment with their application dates.
