About the workshop

Advisor Masterclass: Bridging the Succession Transition Gap with Dr Dennis Jaffe and Dr Chris Graves.

This masterclass is designed to empower experienced advisors with the insights and tools to help clients overcome barriers. Many trusted advisors encounter hurdles when helping business families move from talk to action on succession and transition.

Join Dr Dennis Jaffe, a leading expert and author on family business, as he presents the core ideas from his upcoming working paper, “The Journey to Family Enterprise Succession: Five Steps from Intention to Action,” co-authored with Stacy Allred, Head of Family Engagement & Governance at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

With facilitator Dr Chris Graves, Dennis will guide participants through the five key steps — Reflect, Align, Design, Develop, and Execute — that enable families to move from intention to implementation in the transition of current family business leaders and owners.

The workshop will feature a dynamic Q&A and peer problem-solving session that tackles the real-world roadblocks advisors face, particularly when working with founders and first-generation leaders.
