About me

I am passionate about creating inclusive environments where individuals and organisations can perform at their best. My work centres on building meaningful connections and partnering with leaders in large, complex organisations to strengthen inclusive leadership capability and align culture with purpose. I take a human-centred, evidence-informed approach, balancing empathy with governance, accountability and measurable outcomes. Workforce data and insights underpin my practice, enabling clear decision-making and practical action that supports high performance and sustainable change. I am motivated by work that builds trust, fosters belonging and strengthens institutional culture, supporting organisations to lead with integrity, inclusion and impact.

I am currently the Manager, Inclusion at Adelaide University, providing strategic leadership of the University’s Inclusion agenda. I partner closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, strengthen governance and embed inclusive leadership practices that support organisational performance and cultural alignment. Previously, I held senior equity, diversity and inclusion and workforce strategy roles within the University of South Australia and the South Australian public sector, including leading the development and delivery of large-scale, future-focused inclusion strategies across complex organisations. My career has been characterised by trusted advisory relationships with executives and a strong focus on translating strategy into sustainable, system-level change. My experience across higher education, government and professional services provides a broad strategic perspective and a deep a deep understanding of leading change at scale in complex institutional environments.
