About me
Natasha is the Director, Student Wellbeing and Safety with the Student Experience and Success Portfolio and is responsible for the strategic leadership of the Student Wellbeing and Safety, which include Counselling, Wellbeing and Safety (i.e. triage and complex needs coordination, student critical incidents) and the Health and Wellbeing Promotion student service teams.
Natasha has an established reputation for the creation of holistic, accountable and purpose-driven service cultures and psychologically and culturally safe teams, supported by over 10 years of leadership experience within student wellbeing, safety and support, most recently as Deputy Director: Student Engagement at UniSA. She is a collaborative and values-driven innovator, focused on delivering quality student-centred services that translate to equitable, inclusive, supportive and exceptional student experiences.
Natasha’s focus at AU will be to foster a safe, inclusive and supportive environment that promotes the health, wellbeing and personal success of our students.
