I care deeply about helping organisations thrive by focusing on their people. I have a background in psychology and a research degree that explored human behaviour and user experiences through both ethnographic and human factors methodologies. I’ve always been fascinated by how humans interact, connect, and grow within workplaces. I have worked in academic and not-for-profit settings and have honed my skills in organisational development, diversity and inclusion. I’m especially passionate about shaping positive employee experiences through co-design and hearing people's stories.
