About me

I am excited for the opportunity to help build the new Internal Communications team within the People and Culture Portfolio of Adelaide University. Through consistent messaging across the organisation, and strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, we will support the growth of a positive culture.

As Communications Manager in the IMO, I have provided project leadership and expert strategic advice on program milestone and decision communication, transition updates and narratives, and change communications in support of the transition to Adelaide University. 

Prior to this, I have 20+ years’ experience in communications and engagement roles, including the strategic development, leadership and management of internal and corporate communications programs. This encompasses a range of activities: strategic planning, corporate reporting, stakeholder engagement, crisis management, marketing and PR campaigns, public events, and digital communications.
